Scope of works

• Preliminary and site preparation; authority and building plan submissions; site protection
• Hacking and demolition; disposal of existing finishes and fixtures
• Partition walls, doors and ceilings; flooring and tiling
• Painting and decorative finishing works
• Electrical power and lighting; ACMV works; fire protection and fire alarm modifications
• Plumbing and sanitary works; kitchen and pantry modifications
• Play-area carpentry: children’s storage cabinets, toy and book display shelves, cubby holes, lockers and built-in benches
• Playhouse and pretend-play structures; kitchen play-set carpentry; activity tables and counters
• Teachers’ storage cabinets, reception counter, feature walls, display niches and wall shelves
• Safety gates and low-height partitions; child-friendly fixtures and fittings
• Loose furniture and soft furnishings; signage and wayfinding
• External and landscape works
