What types of renovation do you do?
Office, commercial, industrial and residential renovation across Singapore, from office fit-outs in the CBD and JTC (JTC Corporation) warehouse upgrades to retail, F&B, salon, childcare and home projects.
Are your renovation trades in-house?
Yes. Carpentry, hacking, partition walls and ceilings, brickwork, screeding, plastering and skim coat, flooring, plumbing and sanitary, and electrical works are all carried out by our own teams, coordinated by one project manager.
Is VR Builders a BCA-registered contractor?
Yes. VR Builders is registered with BCA (Building and Construction Authority) and holds bizSAFE Star, the highest level of Singapore's bizSAFE workplace safety programme.
What does every renovation project include?
A dedicated project manager, a transparent itemised quotation, and a delivery timeline written into your contract.
How do I get a renovation quote?
Send us a floor plan or a photo of your space by WhatsApp or the quote form. We assess the scope and come back with a full itemised quote within 24 hours, with no obligation.
Do I need renovation, A&A works or reinstatement?
It depends on what is changing. Renovation updates a space without structural changes, A&A works change the structure or use of a building, and reinstatement returns a leased unit to its original condition when the lease ends.
| Service | Use it when | Approvals |
|---|---|---|
| Renovation | You want to change layout, finishes, carpentry or M&E without structural work | Building management; authority approval only if structure, fire safety or use changes |
| A&A works | You are changing the structure, external appearance or use of the building | URA and BCA, often with a QP endorsement |
| Reinstatement | Your lease is ending and the unit must go back to shell condition | Landlord or building management sign-off at handover |
