3 Duxton Hill Road — Two-Level Perfume Shop Renovation

A complete two-level shop renovation for a perfume retailer in a Duxton Hill shophouse. We handled everything from demolition and space planning through to custom display carpentry, decorative lime-wash finishes, lighting and handover.

• Carpentry: customised display counters, cabinets, shelving and storage units

• Electrical works: lighting points, LED lighting and power points
• Air-conditioning and plumbing works
• Kitchen and pantry area works including sink and fittings
• Painting works including lime-wash paint finishes, decorative paint effects, feature walls and textured finishes
• Signage and display installation
• Testing and commissioning, final cleaning, making-good and handover
