St. Andrew’s Active Ageing Centre — A&A Works, Beach Road

Addition and alteration (A&A) works for the existing St. Andrew’s Active Ageing Centre – PEACE Connect at Blk 5 Beach Road, completed to the approved drawings and the centre’s operational needs.

Scope of works

• Preliminary and site preparation; building plan submissions and authority requirements; site protection and setting out
• Hacking and demolition of existing finishes, fixtures, walls and structures; debris removal
• Architectural and tiling works including floor and wall finishes and screeding
• Electrical works including power, lighting and wiring modifications
• ACMV works: modification, relocation and installation of air-conditioning and ventilation
• Fire protection: modification and relocation of fire alarm, sprinkler and other systems
• Plumbing and sanitary works: pipework, drainage, water supply and fittings
• Painting including surface preparation, plastering and skim coating
• Carpentry: custom cabinets, counters, feature walls, doors and joinery
• Loose furniture and soft furnishings: seating, curtains, cushions and décor
• Making-good, testing, commissioning, cleaning and final reinstatement
